Elite Training Centers
The Elite Training Center (ETC Program) is Sigma's flagship training program, home to determined and talented players selected via Sigma's player pool and the recommendations of Sigma's management, coaching staff and scouts.
Based on a vision of providing an ideal environment to learn and enjoy the beautiful game, a professional standard of planning training and evaluating will be implemented by our technical staff to prepare players for their future as athletes, students, and model citizens
Our focus is to provide the highest quality of systematic training with a universal philosophy lead by our Technical Director and professional coaching staff with vast experience in player development both domestically and internationally. They will plan and implement a program of proper development and education based on technical and scientific specifications to training of leading professional development schools.
The program is based on training highly motivated and skilled soccer players in a team environment. Our training squads will all train with specific objectives and goals outlined by the Technical Director and management staff of Sigma which include the benefit of exposure and contact to our network of European and US Collegiate affiliates. This will include various development focused events such as camps, tournaments and tours, providing players and parents the opportunity to better understand the philosophy and execution of some of the leading professional development schools.
The ETC Program is separated into a Junior and Senior Section. All training takes place in Mississauga and Vaughan from October to May. Sessions are run approximately 2-3 times a week based on specific age groups. Friendly matches are also organized along with tournaments and camps both locally and overseas.
