The long standing success of the AJAX academy can be greatly attributed to the efforts of the world class team of coaches present at the De Toekomst (The Future) Training Centre in Amsterdam. It is the very reason why professional clubs from throughout the world send their coaches to AJAX to further their development. Touring coaches will be afforded an inside look at the quality work conducted by these educators who will share the renowned training philosophy and methods which best define the successful Ajax model for youth development. Johan Cruijff, Marco van Basten, Frank Rijkaard, Dennis Bergkamp, Edgar Davids, Patrick Kluivert ... the list could go on and on. This just a small sample of the international stars that have successfully completed training at the Ajax youth academy under the direction of the academy coaching staff.
