University Scouting & Recruiting
This summer's camps will feature a mini US college type combine for senior participants as both US Collegiate (NCAA Div 1) and CIS guest coaches will take part. This added feature to the SIGMA AJAX Camps proved quite popular in the 2007 camp, with an eligible participant being offered a scholarship at camps conclusion. It is also an extension to the considerable work SIGMA conducts year round in the area of exposure of its players to the University game both in the US and in Canada.
SIGMA's initiative is simply to provide a variety of options for all it's current players and those we will be taken a look at the camps for possible inclusion the ETC training & showcase teams going forward. The inclusion of University coaches representing both the NCAA and CIS is only a positive experience for all players involved and is a continuation of SIGMA's initiative to provide a variety of options and experiences for it's players from all aspects of education and sport.
